ABOUT
ELITE EVENTS
Elite has been in business for over 16 years. Starting in 2014 Elite began working
hand in hand with Riverbend Productions to supply talent and entertainment for their events. With years of
experience and expertise in this field, Elite helped to bring many Events and Expos within our community to
another level. Who would have thought that in 2016 we would now own and run the largest and most suc-
cessful expos in Southeast Idaho? The “East Idaho’s Home and Garden Show”, “East Idaho’s Kids Fair”, “East
Idaho’s Biggest Garage Sale”, “Summerfest”, “What The Women Want”, “Trick or Treat Street” and the “All
I Want For Christmas” Expos. With passion and energy for connecting the community to local businesses,
Elite has since partnered with KSL Classifieds, Rexburg Chamber of Commerce and the JRM Foundation. We
hope to be a springboard for businesses looking for a venue to market their products. Lauren Harwood and
Kimberly Bronson have been working together for 10 years. They both bring a unique style of directing and
event planning to this business. All you have to do is meet them to see their zest for life and talent to execute
success at their shows.
Elite Idaho Events is dedicated to extraordinary, community-favorite events
with distinct and exhilarating activities, entertainment, and exceptional service.
We believe every great event begins with exact planning, then is delivered by masterful organization, the
developing of resilient relationships, and brilliantly precise execution.
WHAT WE DO.

Cassidy’s career in corporate communications started at Brigham Young University
where she was one of the youngest producers for BYU Broadcasting. During this time
she oversaw and participated in on-air round table discussions, political interviews
and discussions, political commentating, and investigative journalism segments. This
experience catapulted her love of communications and led her to her next job at
Northwestern Mutual as an Execute Marketing Assistant. As one of the most successful
marketing assistants in the firm, she was highly sought after for her strategy and skills
She then interned on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. where she focused on press and
media relations. During this time she helped run the prestigious event, “Conversations
with Conservatives.” She also wrote speeches for various Congressmen, and produced
social media campaigns. Most recently, Cassidy has worked for Bill Gate’s company,
“Branded Entertainment Network” as a Digital Media Manager.

Kimberly is the owner of Elite Talent and Modeling Agency covering talent in Utah
and Idaho. She has booked actors, singers, and dancers in Disney, Warner Brothers,

is not new to her. She currently resides in Idaho Falls with her husband Mark, who
you will see by her side at each Event along with her five beautiful children and son-
in-law. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Theatre Film/
Directing and has gone on to perform professionally. She has directed for the Miss
America Organization, Idaho Junior Miss Organization and The Idaho International
Pageant System. Kimberly is also a private vocal instructor and travels the state teaching
workshops and seminars. She has been judging dance competitions for the past 10 years.
Her studio teachers have been on “Dancing With The Stars,” “So You Think you can
Dance,” “The Voice,” “American Idol” and much more.

Lauren is the owner of Elite Idaho Events and a talent agent at Elite Talent and Modeling
Agency. She began working events in Ohio over 12 years ago. She has since managed,
directed and organized dozens of events throughout the West. In 2011, Lauren became
a chair of the Miss Idaho International Committee where she aided in all aspects of the
production as Stage Manager and sponsorship advisor and manager. In 2014 Lauren
created and ran the the “Hop into Spring Craft Fair” which has become one of the most
successful spring craft fairs in the area. During that same year, Lauren began working
for Riverbend Productions as a stage manager and entertainment coordinator. In 2016
Lauren purchased “Riverbend Productions,” which shortly thereafter changed to Elite
Idaho Events, LLC. Lauren has always had a passion for the entertainment industry;
she thrives off the excitement and can’t wait to bring this community new experiences
and memories.

WHY US?
Elite Events is the largest and longest running event company in Eastern Idaho. With thousands of people in
attendance, our events are a staple of the Idaho Falls community.
VIP Treatment: Here at Elite Events you are the VIP. We do everything in our power to treat you and your
staff like royalty. We often put your names into giveaways to receive free gifts and prizes. We provide treats and
goodies throughout the events. We always have a vendor gift and strive to develop personal relationships with each
person. You will have access to exclusive discounts and deals through us. We also provide motivation and training
(when possible) to make your experience more fruitful. It matters to us how you are doing and if you are making
money! We will bend over backwards to meet you and your team’s needs.
Name Recognition: Elite Events (Formerly Riverbend Productions) has a brand that everyone in the
community recognizes. When you say “All I want for Christmas Expo” Or “East Idaho Home and Garden Show”
people know exactly what you are talking about and where it will be held. Our events are widely attended and
recognized because we have the brand that they recognize. When you come to an Elite Event, you know what
you are going to get. Some consumers have been to our shows every year for over 10 years! Because of this, we are
held to a higher standard. We are an honest, dedicated and trustworthy organization that puts you first. That’s a
promise you won’t find anywhere else.
The Consumers Come to You: You already have the marketing budget, why not use it on something that is
your target audience? The audience that is coming into the event is coming to shop- they are going for you! They
are coming specifically to find what you have to offer, so this audience is better than an audience triple its size that
is not your demographic. It is becoming more rare that people are going out to shop. Which means less and less
people are seeing your products in person then ever before. The benefit of an event with us is thousands of people
will walk by you products in just two days. That’s exposure that you couldn’t get in any other setting! The direct
sales you make that day are enough to warrant a booth space with us, but the leads you generate will be beneficial
to your business for months afterwords.
A Little Social Media Goes a Long Way: Along with the direct person-to-person exposure you get
at our events, we also have a huge social media following. In September 2016, our “All I want for Christmas
Expo” page had over 40,000 views! As you associate your name in that online forum with Elite Events, tens of
thousands of residents in the area get to see your logo, name, and Facebook page. In this digital age, that kind of
exposure is invaluable whether you are a big business or a startup in your living room, we have the audience that
you want. We have a consistent following on our social media sites that is not going away any time soon.
Proven Record: Our vendors are our priority, we have proven this time and time again. We do everything
possible to ensure that the event is a worth while investment. At our Home and Garden Show this year alone one
of our clients incurred over $60,000 worth of new revenue due to contacts made at the Home and Garden Show.
This is just one example. Small businesses are able to get the base that they need to flourish, and our goal is to
ensure that every dollar you put in to the event, you will get back!

  • 2. ABOUT ELITE EVENTS Elite has been in business for over 16 years. Starting in 2014 Elite began working hand in hand with Riverbend Productions to supply talent and entertainment for their events. With years of experience and expertise in this field, Elite helped to bring many Events and Expos within our community to another level. Who would have thought that in 2016 we would now own and run the largest and most suc- cessful expos in Southeast Idaho? The “East Idaho’s Home and Garden Show”, “East Idaho’s Kids Fair”, “East Idaho’s Biggest Garage Sale”, “Summerfest”, “What The Women Want”, “Trick or Treat Street” and the “All I Want For Christmas” Expos. With passion and energy for connecting the community to local businesses, Elite has since partnered with KSL Classifieds, Rexburg Chamber of Commerce and the JRM Foundation. We hope to be a springboard for businesses looking for a venue to market their products. Lauren Harwood and Kimberly Bronson have been working together for 10 years. They both bring a unique style of directing and event planning to this business. All you have to do is meet them to see their zest for life and talent to execute success at their shows. Elite Idaho Events is dedicated to extraordinary, community-favorite events with distinct and exhilarating activities, entertainment, and exceptional service. We believe every great event begins with exact planning, then is delivered by masterful organization, the developing of resilient relationships, and brilliantly precise execution. WHAT WE DO. OUR MISSION. 208 . 360 . 2800 eliteidahoevents@gmail.com

  • 4. 208 . 360 . 2800 eliteidahoevents@gmail.com WHY US? Elite Events is the largest and longest running event company in Eastern Idaho. With thousands of people in attendance, our events are a staple of the Idaho Falls community. VIP Treatment: Here at Elite Events you are the VIP. We do everything in our power to treat you and your staff like royalty. We often put your names into giveaways to receive free gifts and prizes. We provide treats and goodies throughout the events. We always have a vendor gift and strive to develop personal relationships with each person. You will have access to exclusive discounts and deals through us. We also provide motivation and training (when possible) to make your experience more fruitful. It matters to us how you are doing and if you are making money! We will bend over backwards to meet you and your team’s needs. Name Recognition: Elite Events (Formerly Riverbend Productions) has a brand that everyone in the community recognizes. When you say “All I want for Christmas Expo” Or “East Idaho Home and Garden Show” people know exactly what you are talking about and where it will be held. Our events are widely attended and recognized because we have the brand that they recognize. When you come to an Elite Event, you know what you are going to get. Some consumers have been to our shows every year for over 10 years! Because of this, we are held to a higher standard. We are an honest, dedicated and trustworthy organization that puts you first. That’s a promise you won’t find anywhere else. The Consumers Come to You: You already have the marketing budget, why not use it on something that is your target audience? The audience that is coming into the event is coming to shop- they are going for you! They are coming specifically to find what you have to offer, so this audience is better than an audience triple its size that is not your demographic. It is becoming more rare that people are going out to shop. Which means less and less people are seeing your products in person then ever before. The benefit of an event with us is thousands of people will walk by you products in just two days. That’s exposure that you couldn’t get in any other setting! The direct sales you make that day are enough to warrant a booth space with us, but the leads you generate will be beneficial to your business for months afterwords. A Little Social Media Goes a Long Way: Along with the direct person-to-person exposure you get at our events, we also have a huge social media following. In September 2016, our “All I want for Christmas Expo” page had over 40,000 views! As you associate your name in that online forum with Elite Events, tens of thousands of residents in the area get to see your logo, name, and Facebook page. In this digital age, that kind of exposure is invaluable whether you are a big business or a startup in your living room, we have the audience that you want. We have a consistent following on our social media sites that is not going away any time soon. Proven Record: Our vendors are our priority, we have proven this time and time again. We do everything possible to ensure that the event is a worth while investment. At our Home and Garden Show this year alone one of our clients incurred over $60,000 worth of new revenue due to contacts made at the Home and Garden Show. This is just one example. Small businesses are able to get the base that they need to flourish, and our goal is to ensure that every dollar you put in to the event, you will get back!
