 Before taking exam, log out of Blackboard
 Close ALL applications
 Launch Lockdown Browser from desktop
 Logon to Blackboard
 Access Quiz or Exam
 Upon completion of Quiz or Exam, close
Blackboard and exit Lockdown Browser

22. When reporting a technical support problem,
remember to:
 Stop and remain calm
 Document your steps that led to the problem
 Contact our Helpdesk with all of the detailed information:
 First Name & Last Name
 Student ID #
 Contact Email address and telephone number
 Class Name and ID
 Instructor’s Name and copy instructor if you are reporting an exam
reset
 Specific detailed explanation of the technical problem. Include all
documentation, steps that caused problem, and screen shots
