The Call to Action:
1. Understand and align with COI principles and practices
2. Self-declare COI Membership (opt-in
(via unidirectional
“Communication and Commitment to Collaborate” (CCC)))
3. Declare objectives, values, charter, RoE
Be explicit about “social benefit” objective(s)
4. Conduct retrospectives (introspectives) and publish findings
(within the team, transparent to community?)
5. Leverage and Be Leveraged (non “zero-sum”)
6. Conduct mutual retrospectives (peerspectives) (transparent to
community?)

– Conscious action – how each dimension is enhanced / supported by execution

– Create new projects, entities, objectives… as alignment is discovered and … strengthened
