1. AS CATEGORIAS DE OBESIDADE, PESO EXCESSIVO E OBESIDADE
VISCERAL FORAM DEFINIDOS POR MEIO DA AVALIAÇÃO DE
DADOS OBTIDOS EM ESTUDOS LONGITUDINAIS, ASSOCIADO A
UM DETERMINADO PESO A FUTUROS EFEITOS MALÉFICOS À
SAÚDE. A MEDIDA DE GORDURA CORPORAL ATUALMENTE
ACEITA É O ÍNDICE DE MASSA CORPORAL (IMC), QUE É
DETERMINADO DIVIDINDO-SE O PESO (EM Kg) PELA ALTURA
(EM M²)
A PRESSÃO INTRA-ABDOMINAL, O DIÂMETRO ABDOMINAL SAGITAL E AS
COMORBIDADES DA OBESIDADE. UM ESTUDO CLARO, QUE TRADUZ DE
FORMA EVIDENTE AS QUEIXAS MAIS FREQUENTES DE PACIENTES
COMPROMETIDOS COM A OBESIDADE INTRA-ABDOMINAL ASSOCIADA À
OBESIDADE CORPORAL.
pressão intra-abdominal e a diabetes tipo II e a hipertensão arterial. Isto
A abordagem é

BODY OBESITY.
4. The urinary bladder pressure was higher in obese patients than non
obese patients (18 +/- 0.7 vs. 7 +/- 1.6 cm H2O, P<0.001) correlated with
sagital abdominal diameter (r = 0.67, P <0.001) and was greater (P<0.05)
in patients with than those without probably morbidity
(hypoventilation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, venous stasis, urinary
incontinence, incisional hernia) or (hypertension, diabetes) due to
increased abdominal pressure. W: H ratio correlated with the pressure of
the urinary bladder in men (r = 0.6, P<0.05), but not women (r = -0.3).
The SAD increase was associated with increased intra-abdominal
pressure contributing to obesity-related co-morbidity. W: H ratio was
not a reliable indicator of intra-abdominal pressure for women who
often have both the peripheral and central obesity. More studies are
needed to assess the relationship between the intra-abdominal pressure
and type II diabetes and arterial hypertension. This becomes clear that
obesity of any kind is a disease in the scientific conception and not just a
mistaken ingestion of excess food that also contributes to the worsening
of the problem, before the decade of 80/90 was taken only as a personal
neglect of aesthetic consequences and some health problems. However
with the most detailed and thorough study of a stigma of society, which
is peripheral obesity associated with intra-abdominal obesity, visceral or
central, endocrinologists and neuroendocrinologistas felt the
responsibility of looking in depth the several new studies involving this
type of disease that is significantly but complex than previously realized.
The obesity is disease as alcoholism, depression and anxiety. There
defined endocrine patterns: hormonal imbalances, neurotransmitter
deficiencies and nutritional disorders all of which contribute to obesity
of the various types and characteristics. Many of the patients who are
obese have underlying medical problems that need to be addressed. Diet
and physical exercises often cannot simply solve this frequent disaster
because the underlying medical condition was not addressed. The
approach is fully evaluating a patient, including family history,
comprehensive evaluation hormone, nutrient status, and inventory of
5. life to understand where to start in the treatment of this disease
(introductory endocrine medical, instrumental and laboratory). There is
no quick weight loss for the obese and the right is to rebuild the
physiology and human healthy habits.
