Health Promotion and cookery demonstration for Migrant Care Workers

The Netwell Centre, Dundalk Institute of Technology is hosting a health promotion talk and
cookery demonstration for migrant care workers of older people in the community.
Eating a varied and balanced diet is important for healthy ageing. This demonstration will help
highlight to care workers the significance of a nutrient rich diet in later life.
The cookery demonstration/Lesson will be given by local chef, Gerard Coyle and will be
accompanied by a health promotion talk given by a Health Promotion Officer.
The demonstration will be held in the Cookery Kitchen, O’Fiaich College, Hoey’s Lane, Dundalk
on Wednesday 10th November from 7pm to 9pm
