1. Good Afternoon,
We have just recently converted to Spa Soft from our Springer Miller “host”
program. It has been a challenging transition, as most are of course.
Change is never easy however, as we all realize. I have long had the desire to bring
Spa Soft to our spa for both the guests and my staff. I truly feel that customer
service is the foundation for a successful business and Spa Soft allows us to bring
this to a new professional level.
Over the past month I have worked with wonderful various trainers and support,
but I felt the need to express the superior quality of assistance I received from
Brittany Greig since we are now “live” and “alone”!
Our conversations have been via email or phone and not on site personal sessions,
although that would have been a joy! She has exemplified outstanding knowledge
and willingness to assist in very way. She responds promptly and with full
explanations and answers, never having me feel I am burdening her with my quest
to get all answers.
Brittany has only reinforced my discussion to move to Spa Soft, and has solidified
my fears that I need not feel that I don’t have amazing support ! I must express that
she is indeed a terrific asset to your team and to mine~~~
