The East Hill is located close to downtown Vernon, and has a long history of being a stable real estate area. Homes range in size and age - it is the most popular area for heritage homes - as it finds its roots deep in Vernon's history. Very few lots ever come for sale here as most land has been developed. On occasion, larger lots may apply for subdivision and a new home will creep in here or there. There are a few townhome complexes in the East Hill as well, but no Apartments at this point in time.
