COMPUTER SKILLS: I have experience using Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP also
Windows 7,8 and 10. I am very proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite. Trouble shooting
all aspects of network problems and general pc problems. I have built many bare bone systems,
including my own personal liquid cooled home PC. I have phone skills using the VoiP system
taking and transferring calls. I type at 50-70 wpm and I am more than proficient with the
numerical pad.

TGS/A2D Tech, 2nd shift supervisor - Arvada, Colorado - October 08 – January 16
TGS provides multi-client geoscience data to oil and gas Exploration and Production
companies worldwide. Our branch's role was primarily mud logs and well header production.
Also, we assisted with the special projects and what ever extra help was needed on any ongoing
projects. I was the night crew's tie in to the day crew. My role was one of coordinator, supervisor,
IT professional and anything else that came up in the Arvada office during the second shift. My
main responsibilities were to make sure that all projects were ready for the customer. Along with
all my main responsibilities, I trained all of the night crew and remote staff employees on new
applications and general computer usage. I also was the night crew's health and safety supervisor.
Safelite Auto Glass, Driver / Warehouse - Denver, Colorado - October 07 - October 08
I grab windshields, cleaned them, and placed them on trucks or racks for later delivery to
stores. I drove a non cdl delivery truck around the Denver metro area and up to Wyoming
frequently up to 500 miles during any single day.

At iBeta I tested PC and console video games for graphical, game play, grammar, and
ethics issues. After finding "bugs" I first searched a database to see if they weren't already in and
then entered/explained them in if they were not, for the developers to fix.

Skyline Recovery Systems LLC is/was a small towing and recovery company. I took
phone calls from customers or motor clubs. The calls I took were of people in need of road side
assistance towing or recovery. I learned strong people skills, filing skills, and Microsoft map
point skills during the time I spent here.

I worked as a night crew clerk. I learned lots of cleaning, customer service, and time
management skills.

I measured and weighed boxes for UPS auditing purposes. I used low-tech scanning
equipment for auditing purposes. I trained new employees by working with them until they got
the hang of things.
