My role at CK Industrial Engineer's is to concept & design jigs, tooling and fixtures for the automotive industry.
This specialist equipment consists of mechanics, electronics and even pneumatics, and is used in the application
worldwide for the marriage, decking and supporting of automotive vehicles.
In the designing of this specialist equipment I have advance use of two CAD software packages; CATIA and
SolidWorks. Furthermore the use of the PDM Vault system for Solidworks which is a commonly known design
management system.
I liaise directly with customers varying from; Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Nissan, Volvo and many more
BSI (British Standards) & ANSI (American National Standards Institute) drawing standards knowledge.
