The prospectof changing over our entire phone system, was not something we, as an organisation
were relishing. We anticipated a period of disruption, teething problems, confusion etc, so were
pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process actually went.
Brad project managed everything with total efficiency and a very open communication, from the
offset. He was always available to contact and happy to answer any queries we had.
The actual installation process was done during a period of minimal disruption to the charity and
when we came in at the start of the working week, everything was perfectly in place and ready to
go. Brad took real time and care, to tutor us on what the new system could do, how to operate it
and what special features would work best for us.
The system in place now is fantastic. It is a huge improvement on what we previously had and we
have had no real teething problems at all. Any issues that have come up, have been swiftly dealt
with and Brad is always available to answer any questions we have. It is fair to say that we would
have no problem in recommending Carter Utilities to other organisations.
