Designing invoice validation system by traditional way can be a time consuming exercise as it may require lot of resources to design and build components for the application. Bonita open solution provides the facility to design your process in very effective manner. You can design your forms using Bonita Form builder and carry out wide range of validation options. Also, if you have multiple people involve for the approval process and each user needs be notified to take action, it can be easily configured by using bonita solution.
Now lets look at the use case for the Invoice Validation process: In this process example., we have invoice file that contains Employee information, invoice amount, date and other information about the invoice –The requestor will access web Form to submit the request by uploading invoice and it will go to manager for approval. If the request is more than $5000, it will go to level 2 approval. Once the decision is made the email will go out to the requestor stating weather the request is approved or rejected.
During this demo today, I will design & build Invoice management process and show you how easy it is to design the BPM process & demonstrate key features in bonita open solution. With that, we will draw the process on the white boardassign different level of actor (user) using actor selectorconfigure Email system to notify requestor and approvers design form to user to interact with using Bonita From Designer.
