• Lagos Integrated Waste Management Project, comprising an integrated waste
• facility at Epe, closure of two dump sites at Abule Egba and Solous and landfill
gas collection at the closed dump sites. This is a Public-Private Partnership
project with Lagos State Waste Management Agency (LAWMA, includes design,
finance, construction and operation under a 25 year concession). In addition, the
projects are to be taken through CDM process for the purpose of earning carbon
emission reduction credits (CERs) under the Kyoto Protocol. This is an
international project, first of its kind in Africa and it is being executed in
conjunction with ENTAG – an Egyptian firm and SCS Engineers, an American
firm, with technical advice from the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI) – Ongoing.
• Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering Design of the Upgrading and
Extension of Water Supply Schemes for Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local
Government Areas of Rivers State. The project includes rehabilitation, upgrading
and extension of twelve (12) water supply schemes serving the Port Harcourt and
Obio Akpor local government areas of River State.
• Study and Design of Small Hydro Power Plant at Okhunwon, Edo State, Nigeria.
• Rehabilitation of Hostels and academic Buildings for FGN/TETFUND Needs
Assessment Special Intervention 2013 at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife
• Design and Construction Supervision of Ilo-Ifako road linking Lagos and Ogun
States, Otta 3, Ado-Odo, Otta, Ogun West Senatorial District, Nigeria.
• Rehabilitation of 10 km roads in each of the 10 Local Government Council Areas
of Osun Central Senatorial District of the State of Osun.
• Design and preparation of tender documents for the Construction of Osogbo East
By-Pass Road (a 17.5 kilometre dual carriage road), the second leg of the
Osogbo Ring Road. Includes design of two number double carriage bridges on
River Osun, a bridge over the Osogbo – Lagos Railway Lines and a level
interchange.
• Study and Design Eggua/Igan Alade Dam and Irrigation Project, Ogun State,
Nigeria.

1992 - 1994:
• Feasibility studies, preliminary/detailed design of Ibadan Solid Wastes
Management Project Phases I and II. Financed by the IBRD. A component of
the Oyo State Infrastructure Development Programme. The project comprised
a system for solid waste collection and transportation, transfer stations,
sanitary landfill and access road. It also included preparation of documents for
procurement of vehicles and equipment and rehabilitation of existing
dumpsites, plus restoration of eroded slopes with the upper reaches of
Ogunpa River catchment. In addition, preparation of bidding documents and
analysis of bids in accordance to World Bank procurement guidelines.
(Financed by IBRD).
• Study for the improvement of efficiency of Kaduna State Water Board in
preparation for privatisation (IBRD financed).

• Institutional and Management study for the Ibadan Solid Wastes Management
Project. (IBRD financed).
• Study, investigation, detailed design and construction supervision of the water
supply scheme for Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa. Including a small earth dam
and slow sand filter treatment plant.
• Review of scope, redesign of some aspects of the Opa River flood control
Project and preparation of bidding/contract documents and analysis of bids.

1990 - 1992:
• Planning, design and resident supervision of construction of the University of
Ibadan water supply scheme, comprising of a floating pontoon intake on
Eleyele Reservoir, 10 km AC rising main, a 5000m3
raw water storage tank, a
250 m3
/day package treatment plant, transmission and distribution mains and
a reinforced concrete elevated service reservoir.
• Feasibility studies, planning and design of Osu-Ibodi municipal water supply
scheme, including design of an earth dam and preparation of tender
documents - Completed.
• Feasibility studies, planning and design of Okeho municipal water supply
scheme, including rehabilitation of the existing earth dam and preparation of
tender documents.
• Rehabilitation of existing Ogbomoso municipal water supply scheme
(excluding distribution system).

River flood control works, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. This also
included estimation of the level and volume of siltation in the reservoir.
• Study, investigation, design and preparation of bidding documents for Flood
control works for the Kudeti River Basin, Ibadan.
• Investigation and design of Iporin earth dam and surface irrigation facilities for
Fashola farm project, involving about 280 Ha. Farmland.
• Design of drainage network and oil saver pits for Shell Petroleum Company's
Forcados Island Oil Terminal, Warri. Including preparation of the design
report.
• Detailed design of Phase I implementation stage of the Middle Ogun Irrigation
Project. Involving development of 3000Ha. Sprinkler irrigation farmland. Other
duties performed include preparation of bidding documents and analysis of
bids - Completed.

Arikese Stream, Osu, Osun State.
1986 - 1987:
• Design of the Middle Ogun Irrigation Project, an irrigated agricultural
development scheme covering a total study area of 12,000 hectares, for the
Ogun River Basin Development Authority. Other components of the project
include a concrete ogee weir across River Ogun at Iseyin, open earth
regulating reservoirs, electromechanical works and sprinkler irrigation. Duties
personally carried out include, dam site investigation, design of the 70m long
concrete weir, layout design and soil investigation of the regulating reservoirs
and preparation of Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation.

Mentoring programme through which each of the scholars were
assigned to mentors who are outstanding individuals in the
profession they are studying for.
 2008 to date: Established a scholarship programme for outstanding but
financially challenged students in University of Ibadan and
Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Specifically gave and
facilitated scholarship awards for ten (10) students from the
University of Ibadan and (5) from OAU under the Adopt-a-
Scholar Programme of Grace Leadership Foundation. The

programme has graduated 7 students thus far, amongst them
are lawyers, economists, food nutritionist and so on.

tagged Adopt-a-Street Programme designed to inculcate
environmental cleanliness in the residents of Ibadan.

The project includes rehabilitation, upgrading and extension of twelve (12) water supply schemes serving the Port Harcourt and Obio Akpor local government areas of River State. • Study and Design of Small Hydro Power Plant at Okhunwon, Edo State, Nigeria. • Rehabilitation of Hostels and academic Buildings for FGN/TETFUND Needs Assessment Special Intervention 2013 at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife • Design and Construction Supervision of Ilo-Ifako road linking Lagos and Ogun States, Otta 3, Ado-Odo, Otta, Ogun West Senatorial District, Nigeria. • Rehabilitation of 10 km roads in each of the 10 Local Government Council Areas of Osun Central Senatorial District of the State of Osun. • Design and preparation of tender documents for the Construction of Osogbo East By-Pass Road (a 17.5 kilometre dual carriage road), the second leg of the Osogbo Ring Road. (50 km., IBRD financed). 1992 - 1994: • Feasibility studies, preliminary/detailed design of Ibadan Solid Wastes Management Project Phases I and II. Financed by the IBRD. A component of the Oyo State Infrastructure Development Programme. The project comprised a system for solid waste collection and transportation, transfer stations, sanitary landfill and access road. It also included preparation of documents for procurement of vehicles and equipment and rehabilitation of existing dumpsites, plus restoration of eroded slopes with the upper reaches of Ogunpa River catchment. In addition, preparation of bidding documents and analysis of bids in accordance to World Bank procurement guidelines. (Financed by IBRD). • Study for the improvement of efficiency of Kaduna State Water Board in preparation for privatisation (IBRD financed). 5
