The health and development unit has made me relaise the importance of healthy nutrition and how to make sure
that one lives a healthy lifestyle. English improved my referencing skills and made me develop critical thinking skills
as well as improving my communication skills.Mathematics enhanced my understanding when it comes to dealing
with equations and problem solving. ATS has helped me adapt completely to the university culture and be able to
take responsibility by becoming independent. All of these units have partially prepared me for the world of work by
introducing independency, critical thinking and how to attempt solving certain issues.
