Warehouse and Logistics Manager (Muscat Electronics)
2014 – 2016
 Managing warehouse and logistics staff in 3 company warehouses, to ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval
and timely dispatch of goods, as well as managing recruitment, individual performances, attendance, disciplinary
issues, training, and generally maximizing the output from all the warehouse and delivery staffs.
 Coordinate orders with internal divisions, such as purchasing, accounting, logistics, warehouse and sales.
 Manage orders and all logistics matters and documentations with vendors and liaising with external entities like
freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, authorities and local internal and external transporters for smooth
flow of cargo.
 Manage inventory and warehouse resources at 3 warehouse sites to ensure the space allotted is used efficiently
and the aged stock is reduced.
 Creating and implementing a plan and a budget to centralize all warehouses operations at one location which
includes managing the contractors, the delivery schedules and ensuring the works have been completed
according to the required standard.
