Managing warehouse and logistics staff in 3 company warehouses, to ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval
and timely dispatch of goods, as well as managing recruitment, individual performances, attendance, disciplinary
issues, training, and generally maximizing the output from all the warehouse and delivery staffs.
