Todos os dias é sempre a mesma coisa... De um lado, pais aflitos em busca de
fórmulas quase prontas de como prover uma educação melhor aos filhos. De
outro, a futilidade na TV, nas revistas semanais, nos portais de notícia, tudo
isso produzido diariamente pela mãe de todas as mães: a Indústria Cultural!
Até quem não faz parte da festa vai pelo mesmo caminho: muitos blogs,
criados para justamente subverter a ordem imposta pela Comunicação de
Massa, enchem a Internet de todo tipo de lixo eletrônico que se possa
imaginar. Do culto a celebridades, passando por dicas de pet shop e lições de
como se tornar um terrorista on-line. Por fim, uma passadinha, não tão rápida
assim, por sites de pornografia que povoam o imaginário de muita gente. Aliás,
com a Internet, os pais têm uma dupla jornada educativa: agora são obrigados
a vigiar os filhos também em chats contra pedófilos nada virtuais. De certa
forma, é fácil entender o processo que levou à deteorização do nosso caráter
social, principalmente, nas sociedades ocidentais, turbinadas à base de doses
diárias de Lexotan e Prosac. Para não falar das drogas ilegais, é claro! Para os
menos avisados, essa alienação desvairada sempre ocorreu ao longo de nossa
história. Vem antes mesmo da Roma Antiga, quando se dava ao povo pão e
circo em troca de manipulação social. O porém, agora, é a intensidade e a

hiperpadronização de corações e mentes. O século 20 trouxe consigo os meios
eletrônicos de manipulação em massa: o rádio, o cinema, a TV e, por último, a
Internet. A partir das mídias eletrônicas, o gosto social foi transformado em
lugar comum onde todos têm a chance de saborear a padronização, seja da
moda, da beleza, dos costumes e, até mesmo, quem diria, do pensamento!
Viva a Aldeia Global de MacLuhan! Agora, mais do que nunca, somos todos
iguais, braços dados ou não... Só que agora a ditadura é outra. Até pouco
tempo atrás, os filhos se espelhavam nos pais; a menina esperava ansiosa
para ganhar da mãe o seu primeiro batom e o menino aguardava o pai para
curtir o seu primeiro jogo de futebol. Agora, quem manda e dita os costumes
são as celebridades: a desequilibrada Britners Spears, a drogada Amy
Winehouse, O erotismo exarcebado de Madonna, as danças sensuais de
Beyonce e Mariah Carey, e por ai vai... Abaixo da linha do Equador, tudo
sempre igual! Na novela das Oito, temos a nudez gratuita de Juliana Paes.
Aliás, em pesquisa recente, a musa global foi eleita a mais-mais dos
adolescentes. Mas qual é mesmo o conteúdo de Juliana Paes, hein? E o que
dizer de Débora Seco, cuja nudez se trasnformou em ensaio sensual! Pior
ainda é nudez nada infantil de Sheila Carvalho. Aliás, deve ter tirado a roupa
mais do que qualquer prostituta profissional, mas não é considerada como tal...
Na frente da TV, estamos nós! A menina de 12 anos, o garoto de 10 e o avô de

como prover uma educação de qualidade aos nossos filhos? Afinal, o trash
virou luxo! À noite, as mães mais descoladas assistem Super Pop. Lá ficam
sabendo de tudo que rola no mundo da futilidade. Algumas mais interessadas
ligam para a emissora pedindo para fazer download do programa. Quer dizer! E
por falar de coisa fútil, Paris Hilton já estreiou um novo programa nos States, se
não bastasse o deprimente Simple Life. A loira, que já foi vista por milhões na
Internet transando com o namorado, agora apresenta um programa que
seleciona candidatos para ser o seu melhor amigo. Que coisa criativa, não
acham? Não fiquem com inveja. Por aqui temos a Cicarelli e a Mônica! Após o
escândalo com o senador, a Mônica, aquela gente, lembra?... De repende
reapareceu na TV como apresentadora de programa de carro. Vejam só!
Talvez, isso explique porque relaxamos com a Lei Seca. Agora só nos resta
colocar a Indústria Cultural no banco dos réus! Mas como, se ela é que faz o
mundo girar? Certamente, mas como um mega acelerador que promove
também a distorção de pessoas, culturas e costumes, principalmente, de
jovens em formação. É, meus caros! Como podem ver, o Blog do NewsGames
tem uma árdua tarefa como alternativa pedagógica à educação dos jovens
através dos suportes de games. Mas estamos aí... Para o que der e vier!
