150 senior Iraqi Investment Commissioners charged with reinitiating foreign direct

What impressed me most was the lucidity of the presentation; it was easy to follow, I found myself gaining new

Bluebook Ghana
Background:
In 2006, Dr. Douglas van den Berghe assisted the United Nations in
drafting a Bluebook for the government of Ghana. One of the key
recommendations was to provide an internet based One Stop Shop
for all activities associated with inward investment. The Bluebook
identified key measures to be taken to further facilitate foreign
