Secure AccessAll Helix units are locked to ensure secure storage of the inventory. To access the products, a user presents their access badge near the LCD screen to unlock the door. We work closely with you to identify your list of approved users that need access to the Helix solution. Approved users are issued an access badge that contains information such as user identification, cost assignment, group, department, and grant details. Product TrackingUsing secure access and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), every inventory transaction is captured and monitored in real time. When an authorized user access the Helix solution, , Helix can identify which item was removed and knows which authorized user removed it.. Helix will notify you via email when a transaction occurs, and will only bill you for the products you use. Helix is even smart enough to identify mistakes.
