a compact design with an urban attitude.
the Best Western atrea central.

The beauty of the Best Western Atrea design lies not only in its
aesthetic appeal, but in its adaptability. Best Western Atrea Central, an
uncompromising variation of the original Atrea prototype, offers investors
an alternative streamlined design.

To create a more compact layout, architects designed the public
and back of house areas into the building itself, locating them on the
first floor, with guestrooms starting on the second floor. The result
is a single-structure design with the same high impact and upscale
amenities of the original Best Western Atrea prototype.

Best Western atrea is a Home run!

“This was our first development with Best Western and we
were not sure what to expect, considering that the Best
Western Atrea was a new prototype.

We were as blown away by the final product as our guests
have been. We have other upper mid-scale brands and Best
Western Atrea will compete toe-to-toe with any of them
for style and quality. Combine this with the Best Western
operating model — which gives me the freedom to run my
     business — and it’s a home run!”

The beauty of the Best Western Atrea design lies not only in its aesthetic appeal, but in its adaptability. Best Western Atrea Central, an uncompromising variation of the original Atrea prototype, offers investors an alternative streamlined design. To create a more compact layout, architects designed the public and back of house areas into the building itself, locating them on the first floor, with guestrooms starting on the second floor. The result is a single-structure design with the same high impact and upscale amenities of the original Best Western Atrea prototype. © 2010 Best Western International, Inc. 13

We were as blown away by the final product as our guests have been. We have other upper mid-scale brands and Best Western Atrea will compete toe-to-toe with any of them for style and quality.
