Use my sales expertise while exemplifying exceptional customer orientation and field experience
to assist clients in locating residential and commercial properties, prepare and successfully
negotiate contracts to ensure an extraordinary experience while meeting the client expectations.
Research the market locate comparables and provide the client (Sellers) with a Seller Estimated
net Proceed analysis of overall cost of sale, prepare supporting documents and submit to client
for verification ensuring the client that the property is listed at fair market value. Prepare and
submit all related documents and correspondence required to execute sales contract.

The Neiman Marcus Group is comprised of the Specialty Retail Stores division - which includes
Neiman Marcus Stores and Bergdorf Goodman - and the Online Division. The Company
operates 41 Neiman Marcus Stores across the United States and two Bergdorf Goodman stores in
New York. These store operations total more than 6.5 million gross square feet.
Facilities/Contract Administrator
Responsible for providing support to the Regional Facilities Managers. Duties include
managing contract preparation supplier catalog content, purchase order completion, timely
resolution of all invoice and contractual resolution for all 60 commercial/retail Neiman
Marcus stores with clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication. Assist
Regional Managers with Capital expenditure and tracking reports to ensure all maintenance
construction and repairs are contracted and completed to specifications. Formal
incorporation of all approved change orders into contractual documents. Served as a liaison
between Project Mangers, Contractors, Construction Accounting and Purchasing in regards
to all Purchase Orders and Architect’s Certificate (AIA Document G702) for payments.
Selected as a part of the startup team to implement Oracle as our online Procurement
Services software. Maintain all EPA, ACM, O&M and OSHA files; including maintaining
guidelines and update requirements. Coordinate Electrical Safety and Lockout/Tagout
training program for all NM store locations. Schedule effective safety programs, utilizing
time management skills.
