about 30 years now.
 The supervisor we interviewed has
worked in the hotel for 9 years and has
a lot of experience and knowledge about
this hotel.
 The founder was prompted to start this
business because they want to provide
the best services to the society.
 Most of the workers in the hotel are part
of the family members and relatives.
 The business they are running is
considered a small business; hence
they have no other branches in
Malaysia.

Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts
(TCHT).
 It is located in the premises of Taylor’s
University Lakeside Campus, Malaysia.
 The idea behind Ruemz hotel came
from its unique hotel-in-a-campus
concept.
 Their 84 rooms are not just modernsmart retreats for hotel guests, but also
serve as a progressive, training seminary for future hospitality
management professionals.
