Business Analyst – Operations

This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid Business Analyst skills working within the
operations back office team. You will need understanding of payments and services as well as various
tools which enable the company to operate. There will be some involvement with the technical teams,
writing detailed analytical specs and contributing to the workflow and business process discussions.
The Role:
 Full understanding of back end operating systems
 Drive serious analytic discussions and debates between the business and technical teams
 Work closely with the process analyst and workflow team
 Work with various tools to track jobs and work orders
 Build and automate tools and processes for the business to scale
 Co-ordinate with the necessary teams for improvement to processes
 Help document and maintain processes to enable new areas to launch
You:
 Will need to be able to cope with fast pace of change within a dynamic and growing company
 Traditional BA skills with a good understanding of back office technologies
 Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Siebel and other CRM tools
 Have experience working with companies that sell direct to consumers and in the team that
manages the operations
 Broad understanding of work flows and back office systems
 Ideally have start up experience
 Thorough attention to detail with great problem solving skills
