My name is Cyryl and I am an Oracle Database specialist. I am working for over twenty
years with Oracle Database, including seven years as an Oracle employee. During my
professional career, I covered many areas including installation, administration (from a
single instance to a four nodes cluster), security, development (mostly in PL/SQL), data
integration and aggregation, content management or data warehousing.
More than a database administrator, I am very polyvalent since I can assume many

EU Common Entry Gate for reporting of information on tobacco products
and notification of information on electronic cigarettes and refill containers.
The Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) requires manufacturers and
importers of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and refill containers to
submit key information – including on ingredients, emissions and
toxicological data – to the competent authorities of the Member States in
which they place/intend to place these products on the market.

SANCO Authentication Authorisation System is an access and authorization
manager system that allows organisations to register as responsible persons
or contributors on European Commission applications.

The CPNP is the online notification system created for the implementation of
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the
Council on cosmetic products. This Regulation requires that the responsible
persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic
products submit through the CPNP some information about the products
they place or make available on the European market. The CPNP is making
this information available electronically to the Competent Authorities (for
the purposes of market surveillance, market analysis, evaluation and
consumer information) and to the Poison Centres or similar bodies
established by Member States (for the purposes of medical treatment).

PESTICIDES system provides for a search tool to find out which active
substances are approved in Europe. For each substance there is a reference
to the EU legislation, including the relevant toxicological information and the

EMCS (Excise Movement and Control System) is a computerised system for
monitoring movements of excise goods under suspension of excise duty
within the EU, i.e. for which no excise duties have yet been paid. As of 1 April
2010, it will replace the paper document that currently must accompany
such movements (the Administrative Accompanying Document or AAD) with
electronic messages from the consignor to the consignee via Member State
administrations. As of 1 January 2011 the paper AAD is no long valid for new
excise movements under duty suspension: all such movements must be
initiated using EMCS (electronic Administrative Document or e-AD).
