2.  Since 2010, B. Todd Bailey has helped companies manage
risk and improve business performance with Fortress Risk
Management in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In his free time,
B. Todd Bailey enjoys travel, golf, and the outdoors. He
supports several conservation organizations, including Trout
Unlimited.
In addition to various conservation and research initiatives,
Trout Unlimited oversees a number of outreach programs to
introduce people of all ages to the joys of fishing. In 2011, the
organization launched its Veterans Service Partnership (VSP)
program, which uses fishing as therapy to help veterans who
have experienced mental or physical trauma during their
service to the country.

3.  Trout Unlimited members across the United States volunteer
for the VSP program and serve as mentors and teachers for
the veteran participants. In addition to introducing veterans to
fly-fishing tools and techniques, VSP volunteers provide
friendship and support to help veterans overcome the
obstacles they face.
The VSP program is active in more than 150 Trout Unlimited
chapters. Trout Unlimited is working to enhance the VSP’s
impact by partnering with several nonprofit groups, including
the R4 Alliance, the Tragedy Assistance Program for
Survivors, and the Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation. For
