Share with participants our 10 years experience using the web for dissemination of full-text publications with research results, the particular case of social science journals.
We are a network of, today, 254 social science institutions (65% universities and 35% research ngo´s) in 21 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. These institutions publish research results in Books Journals Conference papers Working documents This region shares social, political and economic problems. Sharing research results is important. Language makes it easier than in Africa and Europe.

This is an example of journals in a regional portal, our portal in CLACSO with 80 full-text journals. Our digital library is built on a open source Greenstone platform, we build collections of digital publications for each member institute. But the user can make a global search in the full-text, or by author, subject, title.
