1. Ensuring organizational internal control policies and accounting standards followed for each
and every expense incurred in project activities.
2. Contracting regular vendors to ensure proper timely deliveries at projects followed by proper
billing on credit basis.
3. Implementation of internal controls for proper recording of expense approvals, ordering and
goods receiving by programs staff.
4. Accounting voucher posting in Financial Accounting Software, support documents check, timely
payment arrangements and verification of internal control documents.
5. Banking relationships for timely payments and financial control.
6. Ensuring policy compliance for all capital expenditures including market check, verification of

2. Achievements:
1. First time installed custom-made accounting software supplied by Paratech Technologies
Solutions and shifted the manual accounting records into newly installed system.
2. Designed and implemented internal control systems in the Orphan Homes and Old House
projects involving contracts with regular and casual vendors, monthly credit billing frequency,
goods receiving by the beneficiary on real time basis, contracts with service providers, work-
ordering and completion reporting system by the beneficiaries.
3. Successfully counseled and agreed local vendors on proper printed bills preparation and use of
stamp for compliance.
4. Successfully completed audit arrangements and compliance for Financial Years 2015 and
2016.
5. Implemented Withholding Tax deduction, updating of IRIS and monthly deposit with FBR.
