Responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the
company's financial activities.
– Main Responsibilities:
 Forecasting cash flow positions on monthly and yearly position, related borrowing
needs, funds available for investment
 Advising management on liquidity aspects of both short- and long-range planning
 Cash payments forecasting and anticipating challenges arising from stretched cash
flow
 Ensuring funds sufficiency to meet the ongoing operational and capital investment
requirements
 Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to interest rates on company's
borrowings as well as on foreign exchange positions
 Maintain banking relationships
 Arrange equity and debt financing
 Overseeing and controlling payment to creditors abroad under capital control
restrictions
 Liaising with and coordinating tax, accountancy, logistics, credit and commercial
departments in line with the core financial policies and demands
 Ensuring that procedures result in adequate level of control on treasury activities
 Attending senior management meetings
 Other responsibilities: Bank guarantee-L/C management. Daily cash levying in
comparison with the cash flow report, custom clearance procedures coordination
