4. How to CREATE USERS in WINDOWS CLIENT
OPERATING SYSTEM…
Log on to your computer as Administrator.
Open ‘Computer Management’ in ‘Administrative Tools’ by ‘All
Programs’ in ‘Start Menu’.
In the Computer Management window there will be an icon
named Users and Groups. Also there will be two folders in it
named as Users and Groups.
When we click on the users’ folder, we see all of the users
available on computer.

6.  In the middle pane, Right Click on empty space
and then choose ‘New User’.
 In the new user dialog box, type the user name,
his full name and description of new user.
 Also type password of the new user, if someone
don’t want to use password then make this field
blank.

8.  Click on ‘MEMBER OF’ tab to view that the user is a part of which group
i.e. Administrator or Guest etc.

9.  Close all the open windows andthen log off
windows and then open the user account that you
have created.
 In the passwordbox, type a new passwordfor the
user account andthen click OK. The passwordof
the user account will be changed. Then click OK
andwe after some seconds see our desktop.
