Consultants can choose to work part-time between 10-25 hours per week and earn between $250-$16,000 per month depending on their leadership level and business size. As a consultant, you are responsible for finding and training new consultants, building a customer base, and achieving leadership promotion goals through required monthly activities like presentations. The role requires self-motivation, a coachable attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and empower a team. No formal education or experience is required beyond being 18 years old.

Position Summary:
The Consultant/Leader is responsible for finding, training and coaching new consultants toward the promotion level they desire, in
90 day cycles. While building your leadership team each consultant also builds a network of consumers that will result in an ongoing
income from repeat shopping and an opportunity to build customer and brand loyalty within your customer base. Consultants have
the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth and the responsibility
for actively working and teaching a business system of duplication that will result in consultants achieving their desired leadership
level in accordance with Arbonne policies.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Do the required Income Producing Activity in accordance with your promotion level goals; share Arbonne with the
appropriate target # of people per month via group and personal presentations.
• Maintain a coachable attitude with your leader as you learn the business.
• Coach your team and provide excellent customer service either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Spend the first 30-60 days with your leader and in turn do the same for your new business builder consultants to effectively
teach them the business by doing it with them and setting the example.
• Maintain a positive environment in which consultants are encouraged to stay connected with the team for continuing
education, celebration of accomplishments and coaching.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with consultants, corporate staff, and customers on a regular basis.
• Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with consultants, corporate staff, and customers.
• Participate in training in the 5 key areas; Arbonne Advantage, product knowledge, personal growth, leadership, and basic
consultant training.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to stay current with marketing trends, product lines, and business campaigns.
• Utilizes all applicable Arbonne products for self and household.
• Inspire others…sell the vision, act as an example, tell stories, confront reality, ask the right questions, and demonstrate
possibilities, reassure, and give hope for a bright future.
• Duplicate...must be able to move a team to action, set targets, and encourage networks.
• Empower your team to grow and develop their skills and confidence for a successful journey to their desired goal.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• None required beyond a minimum age limit of 18 years old.

Working Conditions:
• Your own home and mobile office (your car)
• Attend Monthly Business Briefings for consultants and guests within a 2 hour drive.
• Occasional travel for Quarterly Training and Celebration events within a 4 hour drive.
• Annual travel to Arbonne’s Global Training Conference in Las Vegas, NV.
