The Messenger of Allah used to have a talisman against the evil eye..Khadija asked
him: "Shall I send someone to you to make a talisman for you?" He replied, "No,
not now."

severely. Then he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said, "Cover me! Cover me!"

4. Al-Abyad (a demon) is the friend of the prophets and he is the one who went to the
Prophet (pbuh) in the form of Gabriel (the angel)
Al-Abyad (un démon) est l'ami des prophètes et c'est lui qui est apparu au Prophète
(que la paix soit sur lui) sous la forme de (l'ange) Gabriel

By the demon called Al-Abyad (the White One), he was referring to the one that
used to come to the Prophet (pbuh) in the form of Gabriel (the angel) wanting to
seduce him.
Par le démon nommé Al-Abyad (ou Le Blanc), il faisait référence à celui qui avait
l'habitude d'aller voir le Prophète (que la paix soit sur lui) sous la forme de (l'ange)
Gabriel voulant le séduire.

The Messenger of Allah said to Khadija: "When in seclusion, I hear someone calling

Le Messager d'Allah a dit à Khadija: "Quand je suis en réclusion, j'entends
quelqu'un appeler et dire: O Mahomet, O Mahomet" .. et je crains qu'il ne soit l'un
des djinns.

The Muslims prostrated themselves when their prophet prostrated confirming what
he brought and obeying his command, and the polytheists of Quraysh and others
who were in the mosque prostrated when they heard the mention of their gods..
'Muhammad has spoken of our gods in splendid fashion..'
Les Musulmans se sont prosternés quand leur prophète s'est prosterné.. Les
polytheistes de Quraysh et d'autres qui étaient dans la mosquée se sont prosternés
quand ils ont entendu la mention de leurs dieux.. 'Mahomet a parlé de nos dieux

Gabriel: 'What have you done, Muhammad? you have read to these people
something I did not bring you from God.. So God annulled what Satan had
suggested..
Gabriel: "Qu'as-tu fais Mahomet? Tu as lu à ces gens ce dont je ne t'avais point
apporté de Dieu" ... Alors Dieu a annulé ce que Satan a suggéré.

Never did We send a messenger or a prophet before thee, but, when he framed a
desire, Satan threw some (vanity) into his desire: but Allah will cancel anything
(vain) that Satan throws in, and Allah will confirm (and establish) His Signs: for
Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom
Nous n'avons envoyé, avant toi, ni Messager ni prophète qui n'ait récité. (ce qui lui a
été révélé) sans que le Diable n'ait essayé d'intervenir [pour semer le doute dans le
coeur des gens au sujet] de sa récitation. Allah abroge ce que le Diable suggère, et
Allah renforce Ses versets. Allah est Omniscient et Sage.

Shall I inform you, (O people!), on whom it is that the evil ones descend? They

There is none amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn
(devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, with you too? Thereupon
he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him and so I am safe from his hand and he
does not command me but for good.

8. Le Messager d’Allah a dit : "Il n’y a aucun parmi vous qui n’ait pas un compagnon
parmi les djinns." - Même toi, ô Messager d’Allah ? Lui disent-ils. - Même moi,
répond-il, en ajoutant : mais Allah m’a apporté son soutien contre mon compagnon
djinn et je suis protégé de sa main et il ne m’ordonne que du bien.

passes wind with noise during his flight in order not to hear the Adhan.

Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual
relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said: That is the hardest
kind of magic as it has such an effect).
Aïcha rapporte: La magie a eu effet sur l'Apôtre d'Allah, il pensait qu'il a eu des
relations avec ses femmes alors qu'en réalité il n'en a pas eu. (Sufyan a dit: C'est la

When thou dost read the Qur'an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected
one. No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.
His authority is over those only, who take him as patron and who join partners with
Allah.
Lorsque tu lis le Coran, demande la protection d'Allah contre le Diable banni. Il n'a
aucun pouvoir sur ceux qui croient et qui placent leur confiance en leur Seigneur. Il
n'a de pouvoir que sur ceux qui le prennent pour allié et qui deviennent associateurs
à cause de lui.
