Objekt
Im Zuge einer innerstädtischen Nachverdichtung entstehen im
Herzen von Alsterdorf 47 neue familienfreundliche Wohnungen in
der Bebelallee 64-70 und im Wolffsonweg 3 – 7.
Die bestehende Siedlung aus den 60er Jahren wird um 1 bzw. 1 ½
Stockwerke aufgestockt. Maßgabe dieser Baumaßnahmen ist
nachhaltiges Bauen, welches unter modernsten Gesichtspunkten
besondere Zielsetzungen in Bezug auf Behaglichkeit, Ressourcen-
und Umweltschutz beinhaltet. Solarkollektoren, Photovoltaik sowie
