  1. - Linked to methane cycle - Large uncertainties exist in the global H 2 budget - Expected `Hydrogen economy ’ Expected leakage assumptions from Tromp: All current technologies based on oil or gasoline combustion replaced by H2 fuel cells 10 to 20% leakage
  2. Explain delta notation. BB signature is likely more depleted. Hydrogen has large isotope effects (large relative mass difference) -> Isotopic analysis is a useful tool to constrain sources and sinks
