This document describes an engagement training program that teaches decision making skills through three modules on planning techniques, communications, and engagement best practices. The training is internationally recognized and provides a certificate upon completion of the five-day program. It aims to help participants effectively engage stakeholders, understand when and how to engage the public, and handle engagement challenges. The program can be taken publicly or in-house and includes reference materials, with cancellation fees for late withdrawals.

25. The Fine Print
Five days of training will earn participants the internationally accredited
Certificate. It is possible to attend courses independently, however the
planning module is a pre requisite for the other two modules.
The modules are available as a public programme or as an in house
programme, just call to arrange a programme.
Full reference material will be provided.
Cancellations up to two weeks before the training incur a 20%
admin fee, within 5 days, 50% admin fee.
