Job Description:
• Participating in designing & selection of Tower, Pipelines & Equipments by Capacity.
• Coordinating with design engineer for Developing P&IDs, GA Drawings, Part Drawings of Different Capacity of
PSA & VPSA Plants, Heat Exchangers & Air-Gas Dryers.
• Daily Review of ongoing Projects and their Drawings like P&IDs, Skid Drawings, GA drawings, Interconnecting
piping drawing & part drawings in our fabrication workshop.
• Coordinating with engineering team and construction team and communicate with the client on detail
engineering requirements about our systems.
• Coordinate with Store In charge about material stock required by DML based on P&IDs and Raising MTO(s) for all
materials required.
• Ensure the quality is maintained and Pressure testing is done properly before dispatching to the client.
• Executing timely Erection and commissioning of the plant & handover to the client.
• Lead the site project members by allocating the task.
• Ensuring the safety of site members working in the field.
• Assist department in solving piping modifications and technical problems in the field.
• Provide technical answers for any queries raised up by the Client’s Engineering team.
• Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings according to actual orientation of all the Equipments and all the towers.
• My Team Introduces modifications into existing systems and designed new and innovative systems.
Projects:
Low Pressure Air Dryer 3500N-M3/hr
Low Pressure Air Dryer is situated in Nova Petrochemical Limited, Ahmadabad. My Plant is giving moisture less air to the
dryer and that air takes the moisture content in raw chips. After that the raw chips goes to heater and further process. I am
also team leader in here and maintain the process of our plant and operation. I am totally responsible person an any activity
on there.
Low Pressure Air Dryer 3500N-M3/hr
This is my second project and this is situated in Chiripal Limited Pirana, Ahmadabad. This is my first project and i am the
team leader in here. I am seeking plant working progress, that dew point. I am using 8 to 8 hours heating and cooling cycle
to regenerate my material.
Bio Gas Purification and Bottling Plant 200m3/hr
Atmos power is top rated company in bio gas purification plant in across India. This project is situated in Amul dairy Anand
that is taking this bio purified gas to his burner and also fill in the Cascade cylinder. That cylinder we can use in car and
other vehicle. Our plant is based on PSA technology. Amul dairy is using E.T.P. for raw bio gas generation.

2. Bio Gas Purification and Bottling Plant 150m3/hr
This plant is situated in Vadodara, Gujarat. In here he is using solid waste material and that material is given by
Municipal Corporation to utilizing the solid waste. He is using digester for raw bio gas generation from solid waste. He
separate the bio degradable material and non bio degradable material because only bio degradable material can
generate raw bio gas. Then after we can generate biogas and get fertilizer after the process.
