Work Experience at Gail India limited (M/S Global SS construction ltd.)
• Involved in Pre-commissioning and Running activities of Gas Cracker Unit 450,000 MTA capacity of
Polymer Grade Ethylene Production (99.95 volume percent) at Gail India Limited, PATA (new
petrochemical complex) Since July 2014 to present.
• Maintaining process parameters & continuous monitoring through field.
• Handled Fire Emergencies and Plant trip, Power Failure, Heater Charge Pump Failure.
• To handle Man Power and achieve production requirement as per company by utilization of
machinery.
• Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance’s with safety
procedure, work permit procedure and standard operating procedure.
• Interaction with maintenance group for routine and non-routine maintenance activities, Ensuring
equipment’s in safe and healthy condition.
• Recording of Important Parameter readings.
• Inspection and trouble shooting of the equipment’s during shutdown.
• Handled planned shutdown, Emergency shutdown and subsequent startup activities.

2. Pre Commissioning Activities at Gail India Limited
• Responsible for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Gas Cracker Unit 450,000 MTA capacity.
• Responsible for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Gas Cracker Unit, Furnace ,Cracked Gas
compressor, C2&C3 Refrigeration/Heat Pump Compressor, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, etc.
• All process and vendor’s P&ID Review.
• Charging of all Process Lines.
• Commissioning of Utilities.
• Charging of the plant utilities, COOLING WATER, LP HP FLARE, and FUEL GAS.
• Steam driven Turbine Warm up & Start up.
• Start-up of Plants and all Equipment’s as per Standard operating procedures.
• All instrumentation Commissioning (Transmitters, Control Valve Stroke Checking, etc.)
• Water flushing and Pneumatic Cleaning (Card Board Blasting) of new erected lines.
• Equipment’s (Vessel, Columns etc.) Internal inspection, Box up, Leak test.
• Erected Equipment flushing with water and water trial of the motor connected pumps.
• Electrical drives (Motors) NO LOAD trial and Rotary Equipment’s like Pumps etc.
• Vessels, Heat Exchangers and pipelines hydro jetting.
• Chemical/Acid Cleaning for Process lines which includes Pre flushing, Degreasing, flushing, Acid
Cleaning, Draining, Neutralizing, Passivation and Preservation.
