SKILLS
I have been an executive or C-class white glove technical support engineer for last sixteen years. I have handled every
aspect of technology to some degree for the most influential people in the entertainment world. Some of these skills are
multi-platform troubleshooting for both PC and MAC OS's and applications, Active Directory administration and account
creation, configuring and maintaining NAS devices and servers such as QNAP's rack mounted and tower solutions,
Microsoft 2008 and 2012 r2 servers for domain controllers, virtual machine (Hyper-V), NAV, file and print servers. I have
been responsible for creating and maintaining computer images using Acronis and ghost for PC and Acronis and Disk
Utility for Mac. I have been responsible for all technical vendor relations for the purchasing and inventory of I.T.
equipment including but not limited to hardware, software and mobility needs. I am the “Go to” for all printing related
issues for HP, Epson and Brother Printers and Canon, Ricoh and Xerox copiers. I have the ability to explain technical
issues to a non-technical audience, and when there is a unusually difficult or unhappy customer, I have the empathy and
patience to rectify the situation. I'm an excellent "out of the box" thinker and have the skillset to come up with at least
one solution for any potential I.T. issue and explain that solution in a non-technical way so everyone involved has a clear
idea of the steps involved to correct it.

Handle all server issues and account creations including active directory, NAS, NAV, Virtual Machine (Hyper-V) and

Setup and maintain all Cisco Aironet 1200, 1300 and 1600 Access Points for the company Wi-Fi. Using

Managed all aspects of migration to new smart phone provider, including project management, logistics, and staffing;
saved $20k monthly, improved system uptime to 99.9%, and maximized usage of smart phone equipment.

Implemented Mac laptop cloning, resulting in an 80% reduction in deployment time.
