#1 213 Howarth Road, Media, PA. Pine tree landed on house. Extensive water damage.
16 week project. 4 workers
Exterior:
Install new shingle roof. 58 square. Replace skylights. Add tubular skylight in hall bath.
Replace all fascia and gutters on the front of house.
Replace stucco on front of house
Interior 1st floor:
New drywall ceilings/walls
New insulation
Install tubular skylight in hall bath
Install 1500 sq ft of raw white oak flooring. Sand and stain.
Install new craftmade kitchen cabinets
Install new light fixtures in kitchen
Install tile backsplash in kitchen
Vent oven range hood to back porch
Install crown molding
Replace all window and door casings

Basement:
Frame and drywall basement ceilings/walls
Replace dividing wall and add pocket doors.
Install new barn door
Install drop ceiling
Replace lighting with new LED fixtures
Install 1200 sf of laminate flooring

3. #2 Condo G2. Fox Valley Condominiums, Glen Mills, PA.
Pipe burst between kitchen and hall bathroom. Extensive water damage.
5 week project. 3 workers.
Interior:
Remove all laminate flooring and tile floors, kitchen cabinets, counters, bathtub etc…
Install new tile floor and new walk in shower (approx 1500 sf).
Replace old copper piping with pex.
Install new kitchen cabinets and color match paint for old cabinets.
Install tile backsplash in kitchen
Vent dryer and built soffit to conceal the vent.

7. #3 1945 Anthony Wayne Drive, Wayne, PA. New roof, dormer, front patio, fascia, and
siding.
6 week project. 3 workers.
Exterior:
Frame new dormer and install windows.
Frame new covered front patio and pour front porch slab.
New roof (38 square) and drip edge
New fascia.
New siding.
New exterior light fixtures.
