ANDRES GARCIA

   1. How do goals help you strive for success?

It helps me to understand more the value of how effective I want to be in a few years
when I accomplished all my dreams. Also to learn how effectively manage my own time.

   2. How can you create and achieve realistic goals?

                Creating a personal mission statement
Using analytical, creative, and practical thinking to select my goals
                Setting goals that are meaningful
Using unlimited resources, such as time and money, in satisfying ways to be able
                to achieve them
                Find people who inspire me
Doing my best, putting all my effort, strength and courage

   3. How can you effectively manage your time?

   Building a scheduled:

Be aware of my best time of day for various tasks
Consider the length of time I can concentrate effectively without a break
Give ample time to goal-related activities, then schedule other tasks around them
                Identify and reduce my timewasters
Post a monthly calendar at home, and carry a planner with me

   Using a planner:

                Record “fixed time” activities first
Record “flex time” but important activities second

   In college

Refer to each course syllabus and write in assignment deadlines and test dates
Block out study time (2 hours of study time per week for every 1 hour of class
                time)
                Include appointments and special events
Leave some unscheduled time if possible
