These Terms and Conditions may be revised or updated by Ancira Community at any time. You
should check the Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. You can determine when the last
update was made by referring to the "Revised" legend at the top of this page. Any changes in
these Terms and Conditions take effect upon posting and will only apply to use of the Site after
that date. Each time you access, use or browse the Site, you signify your acceptance of the then-
current Terms and Conditions.
The Site is provided for persons of all ages, who are citizens of the United States or legally
residing in the United States.
FAMILY SUBMISSIONS
You may use this Site to submit to Ancira Community your information as well as information
about your family and its members ("Submission"). For video entries, you must complete the
information fields on this Site and upload your video. By entering your information, you
represent that you are a citizen or legal resident of the United States, and agree to provide
accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted ("Profile Data"). If you
provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Ancira Community has
reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete,
Ancira Community may remove any Submission, at its sole discretion.
As a result of your Submission, you may receive commercial communications from Ancira
Community or its affiliates related to Content found on the Site. You understand and agree to
these communications, and that you may opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
MODIFICATIONS TO SITE
Ancira Community reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Site (or any part thereof), with or without notice. You agree that Ancira
Community shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or

2. discontinuance of the Site or any part thereof, including without limitation deletion of
Submission or Profile Data (or any part thereof).
TO THE WINNING FAMILY
If you’re selected as the winning family or Runner Up, you will be required to travel to the San
Antonio area for the filming of the future commercial. The shoot will not last longer than one
day. You will also be responsible for your travel expenses to and from the commercial shoot.
No reimbursement is implied of any kind.
USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES AND
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
The Site seeks your Submission to this Site or to Ancira Community's associated pages, which
may be or become available to other users. The Site or Ancira Community's YouTube page may
contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web
pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to
communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services").
You agree to use the Communication Services only for your personal use and only to post, send
and receive messages and materials that are proper and related to the particular Communication
Service.
You agree that the following actions are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these
Terms and Conditions. This list is not meant to be exhaustive, and Ancira Community reserves
the right to determine what types of conduct it considers to be inappropriate use of the Site. In
the case of inappropriate use, Ancira Community may take such measures as it determines in its
sole discretion. Ancira Community reserves the right to add to or amend this list of prohibited
actions any time, and you are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions for any
changes each time you access, use or browse the Site.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication
Service, you will not:
1. Use the Site or the Content for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or
international law.
2. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the
Site's infrastructure or otherwise in a manner that may adversely affect performance of
the Site.
3. Engage in any other action that, in the judgment of Ancira Community, exposes Ancira
Community or any third party to potential liability or detriment of any type.
4. Aggregate, copy, or duplicate in any manner any of the Content or any other materials or
information available from the Site.
5. Use the Site for unauthorized framing of or linking to, or access via automated devices,
bots, agents, scraping, scripts, intelligent search or any similar means of access to the
Content or any other materials or information available from the Site.

of privacy and publicity) of others.
7. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory,
infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
8. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property
laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or
have received all necessary consents.
9. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or
programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
10. Using the Site to make available unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, spam,
pyramid schemes, chain letters, or similar forms of unauthorized advertising or
solicitation.
11. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
12. Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or
reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
13. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary
designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a
file that is uploaded.
14. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
15. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any
particular Communication Service.
16. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses,
without their consent.
17. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
INDEMNITY
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD ANCIRA COMMUNITY AND ITS
PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, LICENSEES, CO-BRANDERS AND PARTNERS, HARMLESS FROM ANY
CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE
ATTORNEYS' FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR CONNECTION TO THE SITE, YOUR VIOLATION OF
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SUBMISSION, POSTING, OR
TRANSMISSION OF USER MATERIALS TO THE SITE, AND/OR YOUR VIOLATION OF
ANY RIGHTS OF ANOTHER.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancira Community disclaims all liability, whether
based on contract, tort (including without limitation negligence), strict liability or otherwise.
Neither Ancira Community nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the
Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of
your access to, or use of, or browsing in, or inability to access, use or browse in, the Site, Ancira
Community 's page or Content, even if Ancira Community has been advised of the possibility of

4. such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, Ancira Community 's aggregate liability arising
out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
SOME JURISDICTIONS EITHER DO NOT ALLOW OR PLACE RESTRICTIONS UPON
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF DAMAGES IN CERTAIN TYPES OF
AGREEMENTS; FOR THESE JURISDICTIONS, THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATION
ON LIABILITY SHALL BE TO THE MAXIMUM DEGREE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW.
JURISDICTIONAL STATEMENT
These Terms and Conditions and your access to, use and browsing of the Site are governed by
Texas law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claim related to the Site or these
Terms and Conditions must be brought in a federal or state court in Bexar County, Texas, within
one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. You consent to the
jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of
disputes concerning this policy.
Ancira Community controls the Site from its offices within the United States of America, and the
Site is intended for use only in the United States of America. Ancira Community does not
represent that the materials on the Site are appropriate or made available for use outside of the
United States of America. You acknowledge and agree that you access the Site of your own
volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site and its Content, including without limitation all text, images, graphics, icons, media,
software, data, and Trademarks contained thereon (the "Content"), is either the property of, or
used with permission by, Ancira Community and is protected by United States and international
copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You agree that as between Ancira Community
and you, all right, title and interest in and to the Site and Content, including without limitation
any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, inventions, know-how and all other
intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by Ancira Community or its licensor and are
protected by United States intellectual property and other applicable laws.
You agree that you will not use any of the Content for any unauthorized purpose. Unauthorized
use of any Content, including without limitation images of people, places and things displayed
on the Site, may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and
communications regulations and statutes. No material from the Site or any other site owned,
operated, licensed, or controlled by Ancira Community may be copied, reproduced, republished,
posted, transmitted, rented, leased, loaned, sold, or distributed in any way, for public or
commercial purposes. Use of the materials for any other purpose may be a violation of Ancira
Community 's or others' intellectual property rights.

5. You agree that the trademarks, logos, icons, slogans, phrases and service marks displayed on the
Site, including without limitation, ANCIRA® (collectively the "Trademarks") are the registered
and unregistered Trademarks of Ancira Community and others. Nothing contained on the Site
may be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use
any Trademark without the prior written permission of CIC or such third party that may own the
Trademark. Third party trademarks used in the Site do not constitute or imply any affiliation
with, or endorsement or recommendation of, Ancira Community or such third parties. You are
advised that Ancira Community will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the
fullest extent of the law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Submission Terms constitute the entire
Agreement between Ancira Community and you in connection with your access to, use of,
submission of User Materials, or browsing in the Site, and supersede any prior versions of the
Terms and Conditions, if applicable. Ancira Community may update these Terms and Conditions
from time to time by posting revised Terms and Conditions on the Site, without notice to you,
and your subsequent use of the Site and/or Content is governed by the revised Terms and
Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by Ancira Community. In
the event of termination, the Intellectual Property Rights, Indemnity, Disclaimers, and Limitation
of Liability provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions will survive. In the event of a
conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Submission Terms or any other notice,
policy, disclaimer or other term contained in the Site or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions
will control.
If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining provisions. Ancira Community 's failure to exercise or enforce
any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or
provision. The section headings are for convenience only and do not have any force or effect.
There are no third party beneficiaries to these Terms and Conditions.
