1. _ _Top 5 most luxurious car brands in
the world _ _
2. We all know that among the things we love in life are
cars, we all dream of having a car, either deluxe or
sports, so in this article we will present to you the top 10
of the most popular car brands. luxury in the world.
1 ROLLS ROYCE :
Rolls-Royce was a British luxury car and later aircraft engine
manufacturing company established in 1904 in Manchester by the
partnership of Charles Rolls and Henry Royce. Building on Royce's
established good reputation with their cranes, they quickly
developed a reputation for superior engineering by making the "best
car in the world". The company was incorporated as Rolls-Royce
Limited in 1906 and a new factory in Derby was opened in 1908.
The First World War brought the company into making aircraft
engines. Joint development of jet engines began in 1940 and they
3. entered production. Rolls-Royce has built an enduring reputation in
the development and manufacture of engines for defense and civil
aircraft.
Who speaks of a luxury car can in no way omit the Rolls Royce.
Beautiful, elegant, it reflects everything that characterizes luxury.
Henry Royce said "seek perfection". In this sense, he meant that he
could not be reached, but it was not impossible to seek him at every
moment. This was the case with the Rolls Royce.
In fall 2023, Goodwood will launch the Rolls-Royce Spectre, an
electric coupe that builds on the all-aluminum Architecture of
Luxury platform on which the Cullinan SUV and Phantom are also
based. Specific reinforcements ensure that the technical base of the
Specter is at least 30% stiffer than any Rolls.
The ingenious Planar suspension, controlled by a camera and
therefore acting proactively, with both air suspension, adaptive
damping and active stabilizer bars, is supposed to take the comfort
4. level of the electric coupé to an even higher level. Despite the strong
23-inch rims on which the Rolls-Royce Spectre sits.
Rolls-Royce is doing well thank you, and so are the fortunes of
its customers! The latest example to date, the 2021 Rolls-Royce
Boat Tail is characterized – as its name suggests – by a stern
resembling that of a J-class yacht. But it is also distinguished by a
host of details that are probably the most luxurious Rolls-Royce in
history and certainly the most expensive with an estimated price of
around £20 million, or €23.31 million.
Rolls Royce Coachbuild Design :
With this Coachbuild Design department, Rolls-Royce returns to
the very essence of the brand by offering a service capable of
producing unique or very limited series copies designed entirely
according to the wishes of its customers. If we remember the 2017
Sweptail, a unique coupe, the Boat Tail highlights the skills of the
department with a search for luxury pushed to its climax.
5. 2 BENTLEY :
Let's stay in luxury, British innovation. In this part we will
present the brand with its famous logo with its two large wings,
it is the Bentley Motors brand, the brand known by its two
models, continental and Bentayga. Let's find out more.
Bentley is a British automobile manufacturer specializing in
luxury and racing cars, based in Crewe in Cheshire, England,
founded in Cricklewood by Walter Owen Bentley on January 18,
1919. Since 1998, the company has been part of the German
Volkswagen group.
BENTLEY is an automobile brand, known for its luxury and
racing cars. Very lively and powerful, the BENTLEY is an
automotive innovation that has marked the world. Since its
creation, the English automotive giant has distinguished itself
by cutting cars in different very special series, making it an
important model in the global automotive industry.
6. The Bentley Mulsanne is a British car handcrafted by
Bentley Motors Limited in the United Kingdom. The name of
the car was given after the legendary Mulsanne Straight of Le
Mans. Indeed, this track passes through a Sarthois village by
the name of Mulsanne. In addition, Bentley cars having won six
victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the leaders of the British
firm saw fit to pay tribute to the legendary track. The first
generation of Mulsanne was marketed in 1980 and the second
in 2010. It is this last generation that interests us here.
7. At the last Frankfurt Motor Show, Bentley unveiled the
Bentayga, which will be available in early 2016. After Lamborghini
unveiled its Urus and Rolls Royce told us about its Cullinan, it
seems that the trend is towards SUV's of luxury, and above all
standard.
Since its founding in 1919, Bentley has always been a leader in
the field of luxury cars. A true beacon of the British automotive
industry, this firm has always been committed to designing cars that
meet a certain number of requirements. The Bentley Flying Spur is
no exception to the rule. Here is a small preview of this British
premium car.
8. 3 FERRARI :
Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian automobile manufacturer based in
Maranello, Italy, founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1947. The history of
Ferrari is inseparable from that of the Scuderia Ferrari, a racing
team evolving in sports-prototypes as well as in grand touring – and
later in Formula 1 – since 1929, with which the manufacturer has
enjoyed its greatest success. On the strength of its experience in
competition, the brand with the "prancing horse" ("cavallino
rampante") draws from it the techniques equipping its production
models, as evidenced by the Ferrari 288 GTO, F50 or Enzo, with
exceptional sporting performance during their launch.
London, the English capital, hosts an exhibition on the history of
Ferrari Design at the Design Museum of London. Here is an
opportunity offered to fanatics of the emblematic automobile group
for an excursion into the world of engines of the brand with the
"prancing horse".
9. The spectacle promises to be enticing for Londoners who will have
the chance to experience more than 50 years of Ferrari automotive
history.
As in any human work,
the beginnings were not
easy for Enzo Ferrari.
In fact, after leaving his
position as sports
director at Alfa Romeo
in 1939, he founded his
own company which
would be named Auto
Avio Construzioni in
Modena with the funds
collected from the
interruption of the
Scuderia. In order to compete for the 1940 Mille Miglia, he built two
barquettes, spyders called "type 815". But due to mechanical
problems, they will not finish the race. This small failure will
quickly be relegated to the past with the arrival of the Ferrari 125 S,
a real competition car whose main goal was to outclass Alfa Romeo
with a 1.5-litre V12 engine. This completely unusual type of engine
would, over time, pioneer an important series of victories that
would propel the brand to the podium in the race. The Ferrari 125 S
was followed by several other models such as the Ferrari 250 GTE,
the Ford GT 40, the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa and the Ferrari 250
GTO.
10. Ferrari boss Sergio Marchionne has said he wants to expand the
range of sports cars with a FUV (Ferrari Utility Vehicle), the brand's
personalized SUV. If the project materializes, it will be a great first
in the history of the designer of luxury cars which until then was
dedicated to sports products. It will take several months to see if the
manufacturer will think outside the box.
11. 4 LAMBORGHINI:
Lamborghini is a car manufacturer founded in 1963 by the
industrialist Ferruccio Lamborghini and based in Sant'Agata
Bolognese in Italy.
The company first specialized in the construction of agricultural
tractors intended to meet growing demand from an Italy devastated
by the war and in full reconstruction.
Having made a fortune in barely ten years, Ferruccio Lamborghini
decided to satisfy his passion for "beautiful mechanics" and Italian
GTs. Wishing to produce cars that were more efficient, more
sophisticated and more reliable than the Ferraris and Maseratis, he
founded, on October 30, 1963, the firm Automobili Lamborghini,
which specialized in the production of prestigious sports cars.
In 1971, the agricultural equipment construction company Trattori
Lamborghini was sold to the Same Deutz-Fahr Group, Lamborghini
then devoting itself solely to the design of automobiles. Many
12. companies will acquire the Italian firm until 1998, when
Lamborghini is taken over by the German Audi (Volkswagen
group), the current owner.
At the 2014 Geneva
International Motor
Show, Lamborghini
presents the Huracán.
It has a 610 horsepower
engine and four-wheel
drive. The Huracán is
the replacement for the
Gallardo whose
production has
stopped, and it comes
after the Veneno
LP750-4 of which only four were produced.
The Huracán is a sports car that could be compared to the 650S. It
is a two-seater car created more to be pleasant to drive than fast,
even if the maximum speed of the car is not negligible. The Huracán
made one of its first appearances in yellow at a Microsoft
convention when Forza Horizon 2, a new video game, was
presented. She appears in the game trailer drifting around a
McLaren P1 before racing and also on the cover art. At the
Goodwood Festival of Speed, Lamborghini presents the Huracán
Super Trofeo LP620-2, a modified version designed for circuit
racing during Lamborghini's single-make championship.
According to the latest
rumors circulated by the
press, Lamborghini is in
the acceleration phase to
concretize its 3rd model
13. project. Talks between the Sant'Agata firm and the Italian
authorities have resulted in an agreement to manufacture the URUS
SUV, which will be done in Italy.
One thing is certain, according to Italian car magazine
Quattroruote, the production of this new opus of Lamborghini will
be done in Italy. We are therefore in the presence of two crucial
pieces of information, the project has been validated by the parent
company and the manufacturing will be carried out in Italy.
The government would be ready to share a publication concerning
this new local production. Let's remember that Sant'Agata had as a
competitor a Slovak factory located in Bratislava.
5 MASERATI :
Maserati is an Italian car manufacturer specializing in luxury,
sports and racing cars, a subsidiary of the Stellantis group. Founded
by the Maserati brothers in 1914, its symbol is a trident, inspired by
the Fountain of Neptune in Bologna.
14. Maserati has several
models, but never has an
SUV embodied the spirit of
the Italian brand so well.
The Levante SUV is
fearless and it is constantly
improving. The car has its
roots in a history that dates
back more than a century.
Maserati has the particularity of having baptized its various models
with the name of the most famous winds in the world. Thus, we had
appreciated the legendary Mistral which made many people happy
during the second half of the 20th century. The Bora, the Ghibli, or
the Khamsin are also famous winds that gave their name to the
Maserati models.
Levante joins the prestigious very closed circle of these luxury cars
of the Italian brand. And for the occasion, an ultra-compact SUV
was released. This SUV has opted for the GranLusso trim and the
GranSport trim. For the GranLusso, there is in general, a dressing
and an aesthetic oriented towards luxury. It is therefore right to say
that the Maserati Levante is a luxury car.
Usually when we talk about
the Italian luxury car
category, we think directly of
sports cars. But what we tend
to forget is that our
transalpine neighbors also
have a segment for high-end
sedans. The very symbol of
this category of cars is the 3rd
15. generation of the Maserati Ghibli.
Ghibli is the name of three different cars produced by the Italian
manufacturer Maserati. We have the AM 115, a vehicle with a V8
engine produced from 1966 to 1973, the AM336 with a twin-turbo
V6 coupé from 1992 to 1997 and finally the Maserati Ghibli 3 or M
157 available since 2013. It is also the latest version of the Maserati
Ghibli 3 released this year that interests us.
