 Responsible for overall SQDCME, 5S and effectively handling of team size of 28 for ensuring all process and protocols
are followed before final clearance of vehicles.
 Preparing and Updating PFMEA and their control plan for high RPN process, WIS, History Card and Defining Quality

 Creating pool of continuous improvement (KAIZENS and POKA-YOKE) ideas generation and ensuring their
implementation.
 Conducting Product audits like CPA (Customer Product audits), 0 MIS (Zero month in service) and 3 MIS audits.
 Analyzing high severity and high occurring defect of line gates and product audit using QC tools and ensuring their
final closure by suggesting CAPA and submitting 8D’s for the same.

 Implemented process enhancement initiatives through measures such as complexity matrix display that resulted in

o Analysis of Supply float ageing of the vehicles and made sure re-audits of the vehicle of more aged vehicles
o Job card analysis and interaction with dealer for open field job cards

 Administered Warranty Corrective Actions and Continuous Improvement projects in coordination with CFT teams
 Liaised with Quality gates and PDI inspectors for daily observed issue escalation and suggested CAPA for the same
 Monitored preparation of quality standards and developed inspection procedure for Tata Ace ZIP vehicle

 Liaised with NPI (New Production Introduction) for introduction of Safari Strome on Tata Safari assembly line.
