Purpose & Need On November 4th, 2008 Greenville voted to permit the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages The construction of a new alcohol distillery with factory direct retail outlet.
Benefits to the Community Employment opportunities Construction & Operation  Increased cash circulation & retention Add funds to city taxes Consumer convenience
