This document discusses a university's experience moving to the cloud. It covers why the university wanted to move to the cloud, how they went about the process, what they learned, and what their next steps are. The university worked with Cloudnexa on their cloud migration. They took a broad, participatory approach and had executive sponsorship, which helped the process work well. Both the university and Cloudnexa learned lessons around building common visions, doing thorough planning and research, and focusing on customers' needs.
