New Brand Guide
You may have noticed that Pinnacle is using an exciting new brand these days, and you may be curious about why that is, what
it means, and how it impacts you. This guide will help answer these questions and many more; however, we couldn’t include
everything and individual departments will get further guidance on how the new branding will impact their particular
functions.
What is Pinnacle Group?
Pinnacle Group is a way of collectively referring to all of the companies and service offerings included in the Pinnacle portfolio.
By creating a single, unified brand for the companies to share, we better express the full range of services we offer and that
we are a true workforce solutions provider. Individual brands within the Pinnacle Group portfolio are included below.
Together, these brands provide all four workforce solutions components: staffing, MSP, payrolling/IC compliance, and VMS.
Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc.
Pinnacle MSP
Pinnacle Payrolling, LLC
Pinnacle Light Industrial, LLC
Pinnacle Technical Resources Canada Inc.
Provade, Inc.
Are we also keeping the current brands?
Yes, these brands remain in place. Each of the brands above is a separate company that will continue to employ segments of
our employee population (except Pinnacle MSP). For example, the company listed on their paychecks will not change and
their employer of record for worker’s compensation or unemployment benefits will not change. However, we will be evolving
the look and feel of these brands over the next several months to better integrate with Pinnacle Group branding. More
information will be provided on a rolling basis as we move forward.
What is Pinnacle MSP?
Pinnacle MSP is a division of Pinnacle Group and establishes a separate brand for our MSP services, the same way our
payrolling and light industrial offerings do. This allows us to more effectively market our MSP brand, which is the fastest-
growing segment of our business. By creating the Pinnacle MSP brand, we further cement our presence in the marketplace as
an established MSP provider. Pinnacle MSP will not be a separate company with its own employees. As is the case today,
MSP-related employees will be housed in one of our existing companies depending on job function and payrolled/recruited
status.
How does it impact me?
The new Pinnacle Group brand is a visual reflection of the spirit we want to convey at Pinnacle – energetic, modern, sleek, and
cutting edge. Small changes will happen right away, like answering the phone, “Pinnacle Group,” and having a new signature
block on our email. Our new website also features the new brand, with a completely revamped look and feel. The new
website goes live tonight! Please check it out and if you see issues with links not working, or find any typos, etc. please report
them to development@pinnacle1.com. We will follow up with more details about our new social media campaign and how
we’ll reflect the new brand in the next few days, especially how to update your LinkedIn profile and engage with Pinnacle
Group via social media.
How does it impact our consultants?
You may begin getting questions from consultants and candidates as they become more aware of the new brand. We will be
reaching out to all current consultants next week to provide them information about how this impacts them, reassuring them
that their employer remains the same, but also sharing the great new opportunities we have to engage with them through the
new website and through social medial. We will send the same message out to all internal employees so everyone knows how
to respond to consultant questions as they arise.
