This is a Japan based MNC, which works in India as MEAI. I started working here from 1st July, 2015 as a trainee in the
maintenance department. Working here as a trainee I got a lot of knowledge about machines and Mitsubishi products
manufacturing process while working with a well trained group of Mitsubishi maintenance dept. .It was very helpful for starting my
carrier. I learnt very much about electrical & electronic equipments here like, sensor, solenoids, relay etc. Basic idea for PLC and
Servo drives and motors were a great achievement for me. PresentlyI can work on Mitsubishi PLC software.
Associate Engineer (fixed term basis)
Now working as an associate pre employment basis of Junior Engineer in Maintenance Dept
Working as an associate we have performed so many projects and completed our line production target.
We have attended seminars from seniors to improve & increase our production target.
Diploma engineer trainee (DET)
Here the manufacturing of motor, alternator & ECU is done. And we provide raw materials for our clients like Maruti Motors,
Nissan etc.
My main functional area was in repairing the machines that are involve in the manufacturing process.
List of some extra activities & Kaizen in the company:-
*I have given suggestion for an additional dowel to remove the chances of work fall .This may form major accident to happen.
*My suggestion for the feedback from the chuck is saving almost 5*365 part per year.
*I created covers for the safetysensors to reduce the chances of damaging them due to work fall for the cost saving for the
company.
* I have fixed a keyence sensor for detecting the emptypallet detection that will reduce the part drop problem inside conveyer
company accepted this suggestion & mysensor is presentlyworking on line.
*Under gone the training session provided by company for ISMS policy, environmental policy, fire and safety etc.
* Training for working in utility maintenance is also given to me.

Industrial Training
This company is an authorized service center of Onida Pvt. Ltd. in Mohan Estate, Delhi. I have done mytraining in this company. It
was very advantageous for clearing fundamental of electronics & television. I also undergone for field visit for the customers of the
group. Learnt here so much about Onida products like microwave, projectors, LED’s. Basic concepts like soldering, pasting, crimping
etc are known here.
I have attended a seminar by Milestone Achievers on date 30th March, 2015.
This was an orientation program on Emerging Technologies and Market Requirements.
