planning and devolpment of workpacks for hot work, cold work, valve replacements/overhauls, exchangers,
safety valves and pressure vessels.
• Experience working in all aspects of the trade having worked on a wide variety of sites eg steel works,
Boiler outages at coal and gas fired power stations, shutdowns at petro chemical refineries to Mining and
LNG sites to piping in tank farms from berth to tank and erection of various sized tanks from ground up.
• Equally experienced with pipe work or structural steel work and worked as a coded welder for many years
• Skilled in both workshop and site work – Vast experience with CNC Press brakes, guillotines, pipe benders
and various hand tools developments and extensive hydro testing experience

Estimator/Planner
• An Estimator/Planner working for the 2015 Qenos Turnaround, Botany. Specialising in Line Breaks and MJ’s
determining work scope planning and entering into P6 Primavera for the upcoming Shutdown.
Piping Supervisor
• Piping Supervisor at Vopac Botany Upgrade Project, the running of two 14”fuel lines and a 4”nitrogen line
from the new berth into the tank farm complete with pigging sender/receiver stations and associated valves.
• Piping Supervisor at BP Bulwer Turnaround, Running various piping jobs including renewal of 3ft overhead
line.
• Piping Supervisor at Caltex Lytton ALKY Turnaround, Running various piping jobs including renewal of nozzles
in several vessels

talks with work crew, dealing with operators to spade and purge pipelines to be worked on, and filling out of
work packs for QA
Mechanical Supervisor
• Provided leadership and monitored activities of workers engaged in erecting two remediation buildings for BHP
Remediation Project in Newcastle. Administered permit acquisitions, work method statements preparation, tool
box talks and preparation of drawings. Allocated day’s duties for workers and collaboratively liaised with Theiss
and BHP throughout the day. Organised plant and cranes for the day erection, whilst ensuring adherence to safe

recovery boiler construction
