Built on an Oracle DBMS back-end, The Company’s Central Authentication
Service (CAS) integrated authentication system was unable to meet business
needs as its customer base swelled. The Company’s systems were challenged
with their incapability to meet the demands of scale.
 The CAS system, undermined by complex burdens from wired/wireless
services as well as other systems data, led to disorderly integration .
 The Company, with limited system resources, could not effectively deploy
within its own billing system. Substantial demands on the authentication
system led to heavy latency.
 Development cycles were hindered and associated processes road blocked. As
a result, cost efficiency was non-existent and respective business stagnated.

 The Company implemented ALTIBASE HDB In-Memory DBMS
into their CAS integrated authentication system in 2011.
 Performance increased dramatically as a result of smooth
