• According to UNWTO tourist arrivals grew by over 4% in 2011 to
982 million, generating US $ 1.030 billion
• The forecast for international tourist arrivals for 2012 will be between
3-4% growth from 2011
• According WTO’s Tourism 2020 Vision, forecasts that international
arrivals are expected to reach over 1.56 billion around the year 2020

Council, With the implementation of the strategic plan and policy for

billion euros in total annual revenue(compared to 34 billion euros
in 2013), in other words, 9 points more than the current GDP, but
