Top of the market are full downdraught spray booths, which offer solid and robust construction,
guarantee safety and minimal exposure to fumes, best finish and reduction of required corrective work.
As usual with the best, you need to pay the price, so they can cost anyway between £25.000 - £
50.000.
Next in line are semi-downdraught or side extraction booths. The construction is very similar to the full
downdraught, but the airflow is reduced and more uneven. This increase the exposure of staff to fumes
and will reduce the quality of finish. Price ranges £11.500 - £25.000.
Finally there are budget spray booths. They can seem like a good value with prices starting at £6.000.
But for that money you get sheets of plastic instead of door, poor construction, very low air flow, which
