 When I started my current position I took over busy FinanceDepartment with very few procedures in
place,I managed to identify inefficiencies and introducesomepositivechanges
 Duringdifficulttransition period I covered absenceof FinanceManager; dealingwith many queries
from creditors sideas well as givingadviceto the General Manager on any financial enquiry
 I Introduced new controls to reduce expenditure and improve business performance
