Wounded Warrior Project provides services and programs to help rehabilitate veterans and service members with specific needs. Studies have found that about one in eight troops who served in Iraq reported symptoms of PTSD, and less than half of those with problems sought help due to stigma. WWP was founded to help injured service members beyond celebrations and parades. Their programs focus on veterans' mind, body, economic empowerment, and engagement through initiatives like the TRACK program, which provides scholarships for education. WWP aims to empower veterans and change the world for the better through social innovation and investment.
